How do I book a coaching session?
Booking a session is straightforward. Either book a session using the online booking method or fill out the contact form on the services page. I'll then reach back out in 2-4 hours to schedule a Zoom consultation call at a mutually convenient time. We will discuss your needs and goals and tailor a coaching package that suits your needs.

The online booking page can be used to book and pay for all sessions.

What's Your cancellation policy?
-Sessions may be rescheduled or refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
-For changes made 24 to 48 hours in advance, no refunds will be issued, but the session may be rescheduled once, at a mutually agreed time.
-Each session may only be rescheduled once.
-Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
-Only one FREE discovery call per individual.
-Please read the full 'Terms of Service' at checkout before booking and paying for any sessions.
Do I have to pay in advance for the services?
Yes, Coaching and Mentoring services typically require payment in advance. This is because the coach invests valuable time, effort, and expertise to help clients clarify their career goals, develop effective strategies, and achieve meaningful results. By paying in advance, clients demonstrate their commitment to the coaching process, which ensures that both parties are fully engaged and focused on achieving the desired outcomes.
There are various payment options available to suit different budgets and needs, such as a one-time payment or a monthly instalment plan through PayPal.
What payment methods do you accept?
You have the choice at checkout of paying by credit/debit card, or PayPal, subject to terms and conditions.
How do I book my 20-minute free discovery Zoom call, and what's involved?
Booking your free discovery call is easy! First, navigate to our website and find the "Online Services" page. From there, fill out the short form, and you'll receive an email straight away confirming your booking and the allocated Zoom link.
During the call, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your goals and ask any questions you may have about our coaching services. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you achieve your professional goals.
Please note that you will not be offered another free consultation if you fail to attend the free consultation without letting me know that you are not attending/wish to cancel.
Are my sessions kept confidential?
Yes, all sessions are kept confidential unless I believe you are at risk of harm to yourself or others or I am required to disclose any details by Law.
I take notes during the sessions, but these will be for my use only to track your progress and are kept in a secure location.
What happens if I turn up late to a session?
It is essential that you arrive on time for all sessions. If you are late, you will receive only the remaining time for that session.
Unfortunately, I cannot give you any extra time due to the next scheduled client.
Where does the coaching take place?
Coaching takes place online via Zoom. The type of coaching you prefer can be chosen at the initial consultation or at the time of booking.
I'm unemployed, do you provide a discount?
I do provide a discount, subject to valid proof of unemployment. Please email me directly to enquire further.
How do I know if coaching is for me?
Coaching can benefit anyone, regardless of current position or career aspirations. If you feel stuck or unsure about your career path, coaching can help by providing guidance and support. Additionally, coaching can benefit those who feel overwhelmed or stressed by their current job or who want to improve their professional skills. Additionally, if you are looking to make a significant career change, coaching can help you identify your strengths and interests and guide you towards a fulfilling and successful job.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. The client’s responsibility is to manage their own mental health, including obtaining necessary exams and ongoing professional support as needed. Coaching should supplement such a support system and not act as a replacement for it.

Do you tailor the sessions to each individual?
Yes, all my sessions are tailored to each client's needs. Before booking, those purchasing packages will also be emailed a tailored weekly outline.
Once booked, career and entertainment packages receive a workbook to support their professional growth once booked.
I also provide action plans and activity sheets to keep things moving forward between sessions.
Do you work with businesses?
I work with businesses of all sizes to help employees find their ideal career paths and develop the skills necessary to achieve their professional goals, including Outplacement Support and Executive Coaching. I provide personalised, one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to help businesses create a career growth and development culture.
Are you a member of any professional bodies?
Yes, I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a registered member of the Career Development Institute (CDI).
I abide by both the code of ethics for the EMCC and CDI.
I am also fully insurance and have enhanced DBS checked.
