You're a Gen Z worker having difficulty navigating the job market.
You desire work-life balance and a purpose-driven career. One that you can feel passionate about and a sense of purpose.
I remember leaving school with no qualifications and no sense of direction; I felt lost.
I decided to explore what I liked and disliked by working in different companies and different sectors.
So I went from one job to the next and the next.
Each time, I learnt something new about myself and got one step closer to my career destination.
Eventually, I stumbled into a job role and learned I had a passion for business.
I learnt that I had a thirst for knowledge.
All of this experience took time... took hard work... took patience.

Do I wish I'd done things differently because it took some time to get where I am?

I was excited to be approached by Newsweek to provide insights on their recent article about Gen Z and Career Change. I hope you find it interesting and useful.
